125th Anniversary Logo

To commemorate the Athletics’ 125th anniversary, I designed a logo that honors the franchise’s legacy while looking ahead to its future. The mark was developed as a commemorative sleeve patch, worn throughout the season on both the Club’s white home and gray road jerseys.

The design celebrates all four of the team’s former home cities, while reintroducing the iconic Philadelphia-era elephant in the Club’s current color palette. As a subtle nod to the future, the traditional baseball in the elephant’s trunk is replaced with an nod to the team’s new Las Vegas ballpark.
